Are you an experienced ADP Time Tracking and Scheduling Consultant looking for a long-term remote engagement with a major enterprise client?

We’re seeking an ADP Time Tracking/Scheduling Consultant to provide staff augmentation support for a large-scale programme starting in early 2026. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in time and attendance solutions, workforce scheduling, and enterprise-scale system support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting time tracking and scheduling activities as part of a multi-year ADP implementation.
• Collaborating with technical and functional teams to gather requirements and ensure accurate system configuration.
• Assisting with data validation, testing cycles, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing subject matter expertise across time capture, scheduling, pay rules, and workforce management processes.
• Documenting processes, configuration decisions, and supporting project teams with ongoing updates.
• Offering guidance on best practices and contributing to a smooth delivery across all phases.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience working with ADP Time Tracking and/or Scheduling solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise time and attendance workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and manage priorities independently.
• Fully remote availability.
• Preference for candidates based in North America.

• 32 hours per week
• Fully remote
