We are looking for an A-level or strong B-level technician who wants to work in a clean, organized, well-equipped independent shop with steady work, good customers, and no weekend schedule.

What We Need From You:

• Strong inspection, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair skills.
• Ability to perform quality work without being micromanaged. 
• Good attitude and pride in workmanship. 
• Willingness to document findings with notes and pictures. 
• Ability to communicate with the service team. 
• Honesty, dependability, and attention to detail. 
• Desire to keep learning and improving your skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles.
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and mechanical repairs. 
• Use scan tools and service information properly. 
• Complete digital inspections with clear notes and photos. 
• Verify parts are correct before starting repairs. 
• Communicate delays, findings, and needed repairs. 
• Test drive vehicles when needed. 
• Help prevent comebacks by doing the job right.
