Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants on the bench, building strong vendor and client relationships, and driving successful placements while working in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to vendors and clients remotely.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Regularly communicate with consultants to understand their skills, availability, and job preferences.
Submit consultants to suitable job requirements and coordinate interview processes.
Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients/vendors.
Follow up consistently for interview feedback and placement updates.
Maintain accurate daily/weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and closures.
Update and manage consultant resumes and profiles.
Utilize job portals and online tools (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) to source requirements.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of the US IT bench sales process.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in US shift timings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
Prior internship or training in bench sales is an advantage.
