Position: Customer Success Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided by Commercial Waste Removal LLC.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Provide guidance and support to customers on how to best utilize the waste removal services offered.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments for services rendered.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the waste management industry.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and addressing customer concerns effectively.
• Familiarity with waste removal services and dumpster rentals is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for the Customer Success Manager position at Waste Removal LLC ranges from $105,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
