The remote customer success manager will ensure client satisfaction and long-term success by managing relationships with Paydex customers. This role leverages tools like Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, and Slack to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.

**Skills & Requirements:**
* 3+ years experience in customer success or account management

* Experience with CRM and support tools (Zendesk, HubSpot)
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts
* Experience in SaaS or fintech preferred
