Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data into various software and databases accurately.
  
• Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.
  
• Review and validate data to prevent errors.
  
• Manage large sets of information, organizing them into easily accessible formats.
  
• Assist in preparing reports and other documents as needed.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with care.
  
• Communicate regularly with the team to ensure data integrity and meet deadlines.
  
• Perform basic data analysis and summary tasks as required.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  
• Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy).
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
  
• Basic knowledge of data management practices and tools.
  
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  
• Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.
