POSITION
Van Wyck & Van Wyck is seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to elevate the technical and production execution of our events. This role reports directly to our Technical Director and is responsible for translating creative concepts into precise, buildable plans and seamless on-site execution. The ideal candidate brings strong AutoCAD drafting capabilities, including detailed floor plans and layouts, along with a working knowledge of audio/visual systems and technical production components. Experience in live theater or performance-based environments is highly valued, particularly where timing, cueing, and cross-functional coordination are critical. This role is central to delivering both creative integrity and operational rigor across our events and special projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
PAY AND BENEFITS AT VAN WYCK & VAN WYCK
This position has an annual base salary range of $100,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
