Position Overview

We are seeking a high-agency, results-driven Senior Paid Media Strategist (Facebook Ads Manager) to own a dedicated portfolio of client accounts end to end. Moving far beyond traditional execution-only execution tracks, this role places you at the center of client relationship management and technical campaign delivery. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Operations, you will act as both the strategist and the doer—building lead generation architectures, writing high-converting ad copy, configuring pixel event parameters, and steering bi-weekly client performance reviews. This autonomous seat demands a performance marketer who thrives on metrics accountability and true client ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Account Ownership: Serve as the primary, un-siloed point of contact for a portfolio of wealth management clients, engineering deep operational trust to secure account renewals and organic referrals.
• Performance Meta Campaign Execution: Build, launch, track, and optimize high-budget Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad sets, managing strict audience targeting matrices, bidding strategies, and continuous budget scaling rules.
• Cost Per Appointment Triage: Monitor daily performance telemetry, systematically executing budget interventions and testing variations to consistently hit targeted cost-per-appointment (CPA) and show-rate markers.
• Copywriting & VSL Scripting: Draft compelling primary text vectors, hooks, ad angles, and complete Video Sales Letter scripts calibrated for highly analytical financial services consumers.
• Technical Tracking Infrastructure: Configure and troubleshoot technical data layers, including **Meta Pixels, custom conversion events, Calendly calendar hooks, and Zapier automation routing bridges**.
• Strategic Delivery Communication: Compile and dispatch detailed performance progress reports to clients exactly 24 hours prior to bi-weekly review syncs, clarifying data trends for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified professional history running paid media portfolios, with explicit, deep expertise managing high-ticket **Meta Advertising** ecosystems.
• Proven background managing multiple high-value client accounts simultaneously within a digital agency or consultative marketing setup.
• Strong, reference-backed copy writing portfolio showcasing short-form digital ad creatives and high-intent sales scripts.
• Practical familiarity configuring conversion tracking architectures, web pixels, and core no-code marketing automation platforms.
• Outstanding verbal communication mechanics, optimized to command live client check-in calls and defend performance data under pressure.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational framework restricted exclusively to qualified media buyers permanently located inside the United Kingdom or United States (US Remote).
