Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, including sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack equipment as required.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and trailers.
• Move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pull, and stage orders for shipment.
• Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Ensure products are handled properly to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• General warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• Experience operating one or more of the following:
  • Sit-Down Forklift
  • Stand-Up Forklift
  • Reach Truck
  • Cherry Picker/Order Picker
  • Electric Pallet Jack
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (overtime and weekends may be required based on business needs).

Pay Rate:

DOE (Depending on Experience).
