Job Summary:As an In-Home Care Provider, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. You will provide a range of non-medical and personal care services—from companionship and daily support to end-of-life care—tailored to meet each client's unique needs with compassion, dignity, and respect. Key Responsibilities: * Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement in meaningful activities * Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation * Support clients with mobility and safe transfers * Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings * Monitor and report changes in physical or emotional condition to proper chart notes * Deliver compassionate care during hospice or end-of-life situations * Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Qualifications: * Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and mobility support * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, along with valid car insurance * Be able to pass a state required background check and drug screening * Must be 18 years or older Work Environment:Care is provided in clients’ private residences. The role may involve exposure to pets, varying household environments, and clients with different levels of physical or cognitive ability. Schedule:Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight care.
