Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Integration: Execute the full recruitment cycle for entry-level roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain high-standard, confidential personnel files. Manage I-9 verification, employment verifications, and wage garnishments with strict adherence to labor laws.
- Audit & Tracking: Oversee the tracking of mandatory employee certifications and training. Perform routine audits of HR systems and physical files to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
- Systems & Support: Act as the internal subject matter expert for the HRIS (Paylocity), troubleshooting user issues and ensuring data integrity.
- Employee Relations & Front-Office Presence: Manage the HR department’s primary communication lines (phone and email) and provide front-desk support at our Corporate HQ, greeting visitors and assisting employees with daily inquiries.
- Culture & Engagement: Assist in the planning and execution of internal communications, company-wide events, and initiatives designed to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Departmental Collaboration: Partner across departments to streamline administrative workflows and champion a solution-oriented service model for all staff members.
