Stable and growing family / internal medicine practice seeks an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician in northwest San Antonio, TX!

$275-330k yr after year 1, independent practice-tailored to you, see patients only-admin staff in place to free you up! david@nowhealthcare.org 843 494 1253

• $230- $275000.00 base salary.Then $275-325k yr earning potential after year 1
• 4 day work week option after year 1
• 1.5 months off per year!! 4 weeks vaca, 2 weeks in Holidays plus CMEs and $4,000

• 79 team members.This is fun and efficiently run practice who enjoys MDs that stay 20 plus years with them!
• 23 years in practice
• 8 MDs, 2 PAs and 1 NP currently
• 1 location w/in-house lab and XRAY in Northwest San Antonio near USAA med center
• Culture of trust, flexibility and being open.
• 25% Medicare patients

About the Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician role:

• 15-25 patient per day. Patient panel already in place.
• Ages 16 and up only, NO KIDS under 16 seen here
• no weekends.
• Outpatient call only - averaging 2 days per month and every 6th weekend
• AllScripts EMR
• MA and floaters there to cover for you, CEO that has your back and will do everything to help you succeed.
• This position is open because of a retirement.
• no inpatient or OB in this role.

Profile- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician:

• 2 years of experience as an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician that wants to work in a fast-paced practice and develop their own independent practice
• Someone who will retain the patient panel, works hard, and keep the patients coming back
