Looking to take your next big step in anti-money laundering (AML) compliance? If you have 1–2 years of experience handling basic AML checks, KYC, or risk management, whether as a Bank Teller, Financial CSR, or Operations Specialist, this is your chance to pivot into a specialized Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) role.
We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst to join our FCRM Customer Exit and Watchlist Management team. In this role, you will move beyond the front line and dive deep into Level 2 alert reviews, investigations, and critical risk remediation projects.

Responsibilities
- Review and disposition customer screening (FCRM Watchlist) alerts and cases in accordance with established procedures and time frames.
- Conduct research and analysis using internal and external sources to determine whether a customer is a true match or false positive against the FCRM Watchlist.
- Document findings and maintain accurate case records.
- Prepare and file Unusual Transaction Referrals (UTRs) as appropriate.
- Support FCRM Watchlist maintenance activities and data clean-up initiatives.
- Assist with remediation efforts, backlog reduction, and other risk management projects.
- Adhere to established productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
