The Opportunity
Town Square Health is hiring a Medical Director (Physician (MD/DO)) in the Rochester area to serve as both a clinical leader and a practicing provider in our Medicare-focused, value-based care environment. This is a unique opportunity to help launch and grow our first market — combining hands-on patient care with meaningful leadership responsibilities.
As Medical Director, you will lead our provider team, serve as a key liaison to central clinical leadership, and play a pivotal role in building the relationships and clinical culture that will define Town Square Health's presence in the Rochester community. You'll also help develop our provider pipeline by identifying and engaging clinical talent in the local market.
This is a clinic-based role with the time, team support, and resources to practice comprehensive medicine: patient panels smaller than the national average, 20–40 minute visit lengths based on patient needs, and a team-based care model with two Medical Assistants paired to each provider.
