Location: Fayette Position: Occupational Therapist (School Based) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Fayette. This role involves working within a school setting to support students in achieving their educational goals by addressing physical, cognitive, and sensory challenges. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ abilities and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve students' functional skills.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and resources to teachers and staff to support students' occupational needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
