Job Description
Our client Samsung Austin Semiconductor is looking for top notch, customer oriented and focused Security personnel to assist with operations and facility management as the soon to come Taylor, TX location. The right candidate will have clear written and verbal communication skills. Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to follow procedures and SOPs. Be detail and task oriented, as well as have good documentation skills. Place high value on customer service, teamwork and flexibility, and be willing to work overtime or non-scheduled days *if* needed. This is not an on call role, but overtime is possible when available. This will be on a 12 hour compressed work week, rotating between 3-4 working days a week. Responsibilities
• Issue, track, inspect, and audit security devices, seals, and tools inside and outside the Fab environment
• Scanning of CDs, USB, and other media as part of the Virus Protection System (VPS)
• Installation and Troubleshooting of EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management)
• Issue, troubleshoot, and audit employee/contractor badges
• Access Control System Assistance
• Issue and track parking decals and placards
• Assist in managing Security Index
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- working weekends
