StretchLab lets you stay in the movement and recovery space while working directly with clients in structured, one-on-one sessions focused on flexibility, function, and long-term wellness.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Deliver customized 1:1 assisted stretching sessions

• Guide clients through mobility progressions safely and confidently

• Educate members on recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention

• Build strong ongoing client relationships

• Support community events and studio outreach

• Help maintain a clean, professional clinical-style environment

🎓 About the Certification (Included Free)

Your 30-hour Flexologist Training Program (FTP) prepares you to safely lead sessions and builds on your existing movement knowledge.

You’ll learn:

• Advanced assisted stretching methods

• Movement assessment strategies

• Applied anatomy for mobility work

• Client communication & coaching skills

• StretchLab session structure & workflow
