Plumber Facilities Management Hourly Pay: \$46.46 Closing Date: 4/6/2026 or upon receipt of the first 50 applications Job Summary: Maintenance, repair, retrofit, new installation, and testing of various plumbing systems. Inspection and testing of Water Based Fire protection systems. Provide emergency response for these systems. Essential Responsibilities: Inventory, test, maintain and repair plumbing systems. Inventory, maintain, monitor, and test fire sprinkler systems. Provide emergency response for said systems. Install plumbing material, equipment, and fixtures related to plumbing remodeling projects. Accommodate plumbing and fire protection contractors as needed. Help with mobilization, system control, and monitor progress. Complete mandatory annual testing of backflow preventers. Register test results with the Dept of Safety & Professional Services. Perform all other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Current resident of Wisconsin.
