• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with demonstrated interest and transferable skills (campaigns, compliance, accounting, finance, or government) will be considered

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization)

• Demonstrated comfort working with financial data, spreadsheets, and reconciliation processes

• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• High level of discretion and professionalism

Preferred Attributes

• Familiarity with campaign finance reporting systems (e.g., NetFile, ISPolitical, NGP)

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively

• Interest in political law, elections, and regulatory compliance
