Position Title: Program Director of Wellness and Health Promotion.
Department: The Wellness Center.

FTE: 1.0.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with evening and weekend hours required for events; travel up to 2% of the work schedule, which includes local (Twin Cities metro area) and national travel; overnight trips average 2 trips per year
Work Location: On Campus.
Salary Range: $68,000 - $77,000.
Position Overview:
To employ a public health framework and person-centered approach to coordinate Wellness Center activities and outreach at St. Olaf. This position will work with and within the nine areas of wellness to develop educational programs that focus on increasing help-seeking behaviors, debunking health myths and empowering students to live more balanced and healthy lives. The nine areas of wellness include emotional, physical, sexual, financial, substance, intellectual, spiritual, social, and environmental.
