We are a boutique wellness space in Long Island City operating as a spa with integrated physical therapy services. We are seeking a reliable, professional front desk receptionist to manage daily operations and provide a welcoming experience for our clients and patients.
This position is primarily spa-focused, with occasional coordination related to physical therapy services.
Greet clients and patients; manage check-in and check-out
Answer phone calls, texts, and scheduling inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage calendar flow
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Maintain clean and organized front desk area
Communicate clearly with therapist regarding daily schedule
Provide light administrative support when needed
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling payments and sensitive information
Basic computer proficiency
Professional appearance and calm demeanor
Weekend availability required (Fri–Sun preferred)
Experience in spa, salon, wellness, or medical office setting
Bilingual (English + Korean or Chinese is a plus)
