Location: Maryland (Remote)

Do you enjoy helping people, exploring destinations, and creating memorable experiences? We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who are excited about travel and interested in building a rewarding business in the travel industry.

Assist clients with travel reservations, itinerary planning, booking coordination, customer support, and travel-related administrative tasks.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and certification opportunities are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements
  • Coordinate reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, flights, car rentals, tours, and excursions
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and online communication platforms
  • Provide accurate travel information, pricing details, and destination recommendations
  • Maintain client records and booking information using online reservation systems
  • Communicate with travel suppliers and vendor partners to confirm reservations and travel details
  • Support clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Stay current on supplier promotions, travel policies, and destination updates
  • Complete required training programs and industry certifications
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

  • Communicate professionally with travel suppliers and vendor partners

  • Develop long-term client relationships through outstanding service

  • Collaborate with a supportive team environment focused on growth and success

Professional Development

  • Complete travel industry training and certifications

  • Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry updates
