We're hiring a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join a growing flooring and cabinet supply company. This is a great fit for someone who comes from construction sales — whether you've sold tile, cabinetry, flooring, or other building materials — and is ready to bring their expertise and industry relationships into a supportive, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage client relationships across residential and commercial projects
  
• Provide product recommendations, pricing, and quotes tailored to each project's needs
  
• Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish
  
• Follow up on leads and proactively generate new business opportunities
  
• Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience within the construction industry — tile, cabinetry, flooring, or building materials background preferred
  
• An established network of industry contacts (builders, contractors, architects, designers, etc.)
  
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  
• Self-starter who can independently manage a pipeline and drive results
  
• Highly organized with solid follow-through
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  
• 2+ years of sales experience in the construction industry (preferred)
  
• Comfortable working both in-office and in the field
