Stipend rates are contingent upon assessed needs of the person and subject to state approval. Stipend levels 18 through 21 are available only by special application to the purchasing governmental unit. We are currently seeking a kind-hearted caregiver(s) in Berkshire County to share their home with a friendly man in his mid-30s. He enjoys music, cheering on New England sports teams, hiking, bowling, going to the movies, spending time with animals, and reading adventure books. He is social, loves being surrounded by a supportive community, and has an important goal of maintaining meaningful employment.
This individual would do best in a quiet, structured household and would especially thrive in a living arrangement where mutual respect and companionship are central. While experience in the mental health field is a plus, it’s not required—we welcome applicants who are compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn.
