Job Title: Microsoft SharePoint Online & Power Platform Engineer Location: Sioux Falls, SD or West Des Moines, IA Duration: 12+ Months W2 Only Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments. 5+ years of SharePoint Online information architecture experience. 3+ years of Power Apps development. 3+ years of Power Automate development. 3+ years of Power Platform governance experience. Strong SharePoint Online administration and troubleshooting experience. Experience designing SharePoint sites, hubs, metadata, taxonomy, and content organization. Experience implementing lifecycle management, governance, and compliance processes. Experience with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Purview. Experience troubleshooting permissions, workflows, connectors, and content management issues. Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) in an Agile environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to partner directly with business stakeholders. Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
