Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Executive Search, Strategic Talent Acquisition, or international senior-level recruitment
  • Strong headhunting capability with proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates for leadership roles
  • Extensive professional networks and relationship-building capability across international markets
  • Strong market mapping, talent intelligence, and organizational benchmarking capability
  • Hands-on experience managing complex international hiring projects and cross-border recruitment processes
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen and ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality awareness
  • Strong empathy, communication capability, and relationship management skills with a proactive, sales-oriented personality
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as business needs require
  • Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills are mandatory
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Hong Kong

This role is a critical part of building the company’s global talent supply chain and long-term organizational capability. The ideal candidate is not a traditional recruiter, but a strategic talent hunter with strong ownership, deep market intelligence capabilities, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and engage high-impact talent that is not actively on the market. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end executive search and strategic hiring projects for international leadership positions across global markets
  • Conduct proactive talent mapping, competitor intelligence research, and succession-oriented pipeline building for critical functions
  • Identify, approach, assess, and engage high-potential passive candidates through advanced headhunting strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level talent and industry networks across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and other international markets
  • Manage confidential and sensitive recruitment projects with high professionalism and discretion during early-stage business expansion initiatives
  • Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand strategic talent needs and develop effective hiring approaches
  • Drive international recruitment process optimization, including executive search workflow design, candidate assessment standards, and hiring governance mechanisms
  • Lead senior candidate negotiations, offer management, and stakeholder alignment processes
  • Support the establishment of global talent communities and strategic talent pipelines for future organizational growth
  • Coordinate with regional teams, external search partners, and universities to support overseas campus recruitment and emerging talent programs where required
  • Support employer branding and global talent attraction initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term organizational culture and globalization strategy
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience while maintaining high hiring quality and organizational fit standards
