Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and the anesthesia team, coordinating flow of equipment, supplies, and staff during a surgical procedure.
- Maintain patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care, including positioning, asepsis, and sterile technique.
- Participate in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment before, during, and after surgery.
- Assist with instrument and equipment handling, circulator duties, and coordination of intraoperative workflow.
- Document nursing interventions and communicate effectively with the surgical team and postoperative staff.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and active California RN license.
- OR Circulator experience or perioperative nursing experience.
- Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts in a fast-paced surgical setting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff.
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment and adhere to perioperative safety standards.
