We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join one of our fast-growing D2C clients.

The Role

• Edit high-performing video ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns.
• Create static and video ad creatives using raw footage and creative briefs.
• Produce a high volume of creative assets while maintaining consistent quality.
• Work independently to manage editing tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions quickly to optimize creative performance.
• Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of all assigned assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proven experience creating high-performing paid social advertisements, particularly for Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing, D2C, or e-commerce video ads.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard editing tools.
• Strong understanding of direct-response video editing principles, audience retention, and creative testing.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining consistent quality.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Basic English proficiency (non-voice role) with the ability to understand written creative briefs and communicate via chat or email.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or VFX.
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance marketing metrics.
• Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands.
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative or video editing tools.
