Salary: $187,200 - 199,680 per year Requirements:

• We require experience supporting MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct scheduling and open scheduling.
• We require experience supporting referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues, referral templates, and complex rule development.
• We prefer experience supporting or building Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows.
• We need strong analytical, problem-solving, and workflow design capabilities.
• We require the ability to serve as the primary analyst for Referrals and MyChart Scheduling initiatives while partnering effectively across Cadence, Ambulatory, and other integrated Epic applications.
• We require Epic Referral & Authorization certification.
• We require Epic MyChart certification.
• We prefer Epic Cadence certification.
• A degree is not required for this role.

• We will have our Cadence Analyst support MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct and open scheduling.
• We will have our Cadence Analyst support referral and authorization processes, including workqueues, referral templates, and complex rule configuration.
• We will have our Cadence Analyst assist with or build Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows when needed.
• We will rely on our Cadence Analyst to analyze issues, solve workflow challenges, and design efficient operational processes.
• We will have our Cadence Analyst lead Referrals and MyChart Scheduling initiatives as the primary analyst.
• We will expect our Cadence Analyst to collaborate closely across Cadence, Ambulatory, and other integrated Epic applications.

We are hiring a Cadence Analyst for a remote contract role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, and non-local candidates are welcome. The position is telecommute-based and offers a pay range of $90 to $96 per hour.
